What is CrossKnowledge HR Network?

 CrossKnowledge has created a HR Network community to encourage the sharing of experiences between European HR executives and experts. The initiative represents an extremely useful tool which will facilitate conversations between HR peers on issues such as talent management, improving leadership development, dealing with globalisation and much more.

 

The HR Network was created with the aim of highlighting the different functions relating to Human Resources and to favour the sharing of good practice. This unique CrossKnowledge initiative enables its members to use the Internet to communicate with other HR experts. The main objective of the “network” is to boost communication, stimulate participation and encourage members of the HR community to express themselves by listening to, gathering, and analysing suggestions from other members of their own professional body.
