By joining CrossKnowledge, Epistema will benefit from the structure and investment power of an international group, in particular in the area of Research and Development. For CrossKnowledge, this acquisition is a strategic one. The complementary nature of the tools, the quality of the solutions developed by Epistema in terms of skills assessment systems and platforms, as well as the current developments in collaborative management and the Web 2.0, will enable CrossKnowledge to strengthen and develop its technological capacity. Furthermore it will speed up its process of innovation, in order to offer even more up-to-date solutions to its
customers.
