Avivah and CrossKnowledge decided to get this theme of gender balance in front of more people, more leaders, and into the business world more generally. In April, two series of videocast were filmed : one specifically on the impact of women on business and  the other one on bilingual leadership, this is to say, a balanced male and female leadership. Avivah tells in a very lively tone some anecdotes she experienced or witnessed and reinforces her messages through statistics she collected in the last ten years. The Videocasts will be available from the third week of July.
